The position is Monday through Thursday from 9am-2pm, and salary is flexible based upon experience. Mission Baptist will retain ownership of their property, and The Gathering will provide leadership for Worship, Administration, and Vision. While Mission Baptist Church, Inc. will continue as the corporate name, their new name is The Gathering Burgaw.
