Office Staff
The Cape Fear Network of Baptist Churches employs two staff in the office and works with a variety of pastors and lay leaders throughout the Cape Fear Region.
Dr. Michael Cloer, Network mission Strategist
God has used Michael to preach the gospel for over fifty years at churches in Arkansas, New York, South and North Carolina. He loves and understands pastors and Great Commission churches. In his new role as missionary, minister, and manager for our Network, God uses him to assist churches to fulfill the great commission. He and his wife Tebra have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
Diane Eaton, Office Manager
Diane came to the Network in December 2025. She and her husband are members of Wrightsboro Baptist Church where her husband Eddie is pastor. Diane and Eddie moved from Florida to North Carolina in 2018 and love the Wilmington area. They have four children and seven grandchildren with number eight on the way.
