Office Staff
The Cape Fear Network of Baptist Churches employs two staff in the office and works with a variety of pastors and lay leaders throughout the Cape Fear Region.
Dr. Michael Cloer, Network mission Strategist
God has used Michael to preach the gospel for over fifty years at churches in Arkansas, New York, South and North Carolina. He loves and understands pastors and Great Commission churches. In his new role as missionary, minister, and manager for our Network, God uses him to assist churches to fulfill the great commission. He and his wife Tebra have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
Gina Strovers, Office Manager
Gina came to the Network in February 2021. She and her family are members of Wrightsboro Baptist Church. Gina has a passion for finding and ministering to the next generation of the church while still being aware of the needs of longtime members. While she is originally from West Virginia, it hasn’t taken her long to love the Cape Fear area.
